Algeria, emerging regional power open to investment (CSIS)

ALGIERS - Algeria, increasingly positioning itself as a regional power, is actively opening up to investments in order to establish itself as a key strategic hub connecting the Mediterranean, the Sahel and North Africa, according to a study published by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) based in Washington.
