Attaf holds bilateral talks with Rwandan counterpart in Seoul

ALGIERS  -The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks on Tuesday, in Seoul, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the fraternal Republic of Rwanda, Olivier Jean Patrick Nduhungirehe, on the sidelines of his participation in the Africa-Korea Ministerial Meeting, the ministry said in a statement.
