SEOUL  - Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, stressed Monday in Seoul that Algeria's commitment to fostering and contributing to the further enrichment of its strategic partnership with the Republic of Korea remains steadfast.
