Nasri offers condolences on passing of scholar Sheikh Si El-Hadj Mohand Tayeb

ALGIERS - The Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Upper House of Parliament), Azouz Nasri, extended his sincere condolences to the family of the scholar Sheikh Si El-Hadj Mohand Tayeb, who passed away at the age of 92, recalling his efforts in serving the Holy Quran and bringing its meanings closer to Amazigh speakers.
