Beghali receives delegation of U.S. congressional staffers

ALGIERS - The Deputy Speaker of the Council of the Nation (parliament's upper house) in charge of Foreign Affairs, Rabah Beghali, received at the Council’s headquarters a delegation of aides to members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives, the Upper House said Monday in a statement.
