Boughali, Belarusian counterpart sign parliamentary cooperation memorandum in Minsk

ALGIERS - The Speaker of the National People's Assembly (lower house of parliament), Brahim Boughali, alongside the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Igor Petrovich Sergeyenko, signed a memorandum of cooperation on Monday in the Belarusian capital, Minsk, an assembly statement announced.
