ALGIERS - General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence and Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), oversaw complex naval and air tactical exercises at the firing range of the Eastern Maritime Facade in Jijel on Wednesday.
