German government approves new Algerian ambassador

ALGIERS - The German government approved the appointment of Larbi Latroch as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to the Federal Republic of Germany, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Thursday in a statement.
