ALGIERS - General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense and Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), began on Tuesday a working and inspection visit to the 3rd Military Region, the Ministry of National Defense said in a statement.
