Parliament opens extraordinary session for Angolan President's address

ALGIERS - The extraordinary session of the Parliament, meeting with both houses, opened Tuesday at the Palace of Nations in Algiers, to hear an address by the President of the Republic of Angola, Joao Lourenço.
