Nasri represents President Tebboune at Ugandan presidential swearing-in ceremony on Tuesday

ALGIERS - Representing the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Speaker of the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament), Azouz Nasri, will take part next Tuesday in Kampala in the swearing-in ceremony of the re-elected Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, according to a statement issued by the Council on Sunday.
