11th NPT Review Conference: Algeria elected Vice-President

NEW YORK (United Nations)  - Algeria has been elected Vice-President of the 11th Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), held from 27 April to 22 May 2026 at the United Nations headquarters in New York. This election confirms Algeria's status as a committed and recognized actor in the multilateral nuclear disarmament process.
