Boughali holds talks with President of Niger’s Advisory Council for Refoundation

ALGIERS - The Speaker of the People’s National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament), Brahim Boughali, held a bilateral meeting Sunday in Istanbul with the President of the Advisory Council for the Refoundation of the Republic of Niger, Mamoudou Harouna Djingarey, on the sidelines of the 152nd IPU General Assembly, a statement from the Assembly said on Sunday.
