General Saïd Chanegriha chairs seminar on External Threats Amid Geopolitical, Technological Shifts

ALGIERS - General Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defence, Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army (PNA), chaired, Thursday at the National Army Club in Algiers, the opening ceremony of a strategic seminar titled: "External Threats Amid Geopolitical and Technological Shifts: Security Challenges and Strategic Issues," according to a statement issued by the Ministry of National Defence.
