Algeria welcomes preliminary agreement to halt military operations in Gulf, Middle East

ALGIERS - The Algerian government welcomed a preliminary agreement reached by relevant parties to halt military operations in the Gulf region and the Middle East, expressing its sincere appreciation for the international mediation efforts that facilitated the accord, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Wednesday in a statement.
