Sayoud presents law defining electoral constituencies

ALGIERS - TThe Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Said Sayoud, made Wednesday a presentation to the members of the Council of the Nation on the law defining electoral constituencies and the number of seats to be filled in Parliament.
