ALGIERS- The 20th session of the Algerian-Mauritanian Grand Joint Commission for Cooperation concluded this Tuesday afternoon in Algiers, under the co-chairmanship of Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb and his Mauritanian counterpart, Mokhtar Ould Diay.
