Sayoud presents bill on electoral constituencies

ALGIERS - Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Said Sayoud, presented a draft law Monday before the People’s National Assembly (Lower House of Parliament) defining the country's electoral constituencies and the number of parliamentary seats to be filled.
