Upper house, Tunisia’s NCRD sign parliamentary cooperation agreement

ALGIERS  - The Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament) and the National Council of Regions and Districts (NCRD) of the Tunisian Republic signed, on Tuesday, in Algiers, a parliamentary cooperation agreement and announced the creation of a parliamentary cooperation forum.
