ALGIERS - The Prime Minister, Sifi Ghrieb, chaired a religious ceremony on Monday at the Great Mosque of Algiers (Djamaa El-Djazair) in Mohammadia (Algiers), on the occasion of the commemoration of the blessed night of Laylat Al-Qadr (the Night of Power).
