New law on political parties sets solid foundations for renewed political activity

ALGIERS - The Minister of Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport, Saïd Sayoud, emphasized on Sunday before the Committee on Legal and Administrative Affairs, Human Rights, Local Governance, Regional Planning, and Territorial Division at the Council of the Nation (Upper House of Parliament) that the organic law on political parties seeks to establish a solid legal and organizational foundation for renewed political activity.
