Attaf holds phone talks with Azerbaijani counterpart

ALGERIA  - The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, the National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held Sunday a phone call with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, the ministry said in a statement.
