Small military transport aircraft crashes immediately after take-off from Boufarik Air Base

ALGIERS - A small military transport aircraft of type BE1900, crashed on Thursday around midday immediately after taking off from the runway of Boufarik Air Base in the First Military Region, with a crew of six on board, resulting in the martyrdom of two officers and the injury of the rest of the crew with wounds of varying severity, the Ministry of National Defence said in a communiqué.
