Attaf stresses modernizing consular performance to support national community abroad

ALGIERS - The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, emphasized Wednesday in Algiers that modernizing the consular apparatus is no longer merely a technical choice, but a "pressing need and an inevitable requirement" to enable the state to effectively protect the interests of the national community abroad.
