ALGIERS - Prime Minister Sifi Ghrieb, on behalf of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, chaired on Tuesday the official opening of the Conference of Heads of Consular Posts hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
