Upper House’s Deputy Speaker receives member of Russia’s State Duma

ALGIERS -The Deputy Speaker of the Council of the Nation (Upper House of Parliament) in charge of Foreign Affairs, member of the Algerian-Russian Parliamentary Friendship Group, Rabah Baghali, received a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and coordinator of the parliamentary group for relations with Middle Eastern and North African parliaments, Dmitry Sablin, and his accompanying delegation, the council said in a press release.
