Effective regional administration, State's key concern

ALGIERS - The Minister of Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, Saïd Sayoud, stressed Wednesday that strengthening local governance and establishing regional administration capable of meeting citizens' needs effectively and efficiently is at the heart of the ongoing reforms the State is working to implement.
