Belarus willing to raise relations with Algeria to "highest possible level," says President Lukashenko

ALGIERS - Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko expressed Wednesday his country's willingness to strengthen bilateral relations with Algeria and raise them to the "highest possible level."
