ALGIERS - Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, stressed Tuesday, in Algiers, the importance of the 12th High-Level Seminar on Peace and Security in Africa "Oran Process," which holds a "particular impact" as it shed light on the most pressing security and political challenges facing the continent.
