Mansouri receives Egyptian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs

ALGIERS - The secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of African Affairs, Selma Bakhta Mansouri, received on Tuesday, in Algiers, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abou Bakr Hefny, on the sidelines of the 12th High-Level Seminar on Peace and Security in Africa (Oran Process), the ministry said in a statement.
