ALGIERS - Speaker of the Council of the Nation (upper house of Parliament) Azouz Nasri, representing the President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, will take part from Tuesday in Doha, Qatar, in the Second World Summit for Social Development, the council said Monday in a statement.
