November 1st Revolution, epic struggle for national sovereignty

ALGIERS - Algeria will commemorate next Saturday the 71st anniversary of the outbreak of the glorious November 1, 1954 Revolution, an epic struggle that enshrined the sovereignty of national decision-making and the Algerian people’s right to self-determination principles that lie at the core of Algeria’s founding texts and continue to guide its domestic and foreign policies.
