Council of Nation examines two legislations on creating PNA military medals

ALGIERS – The members of the Council of the Nation examined Saturday the legislation on the creation of the People’s National Army (PNA) medal and legislation on the creation of military medals within PNA, emphasizing the State’s concern to confer a strong institutional dimension to the culture of national recognition.
