ALGIERS - Assigned by the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Lounes Magramane signed the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime in Hanoi (Vietnam) on October 25.
