Massacres of 17 October 1961, full-fledged state crime committed with premeditation

ALGIERS - Historian and member of the Algerian Commission on History and Memory, Jamal Yahiaoui, said in Algiers on Saturday that the massacres of October 17, 1961, committed by French colonialists against members of the national community in Paris, were a full-fledged state crime committed with premeditation.
