Attaf takes part in official launch ceremony of Global Declaration for the Protection of Humanitarian Personnel

ALGIERS — The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, took part Monday in New York in the official launch ceremony of the Global Declaration for the Protection of Humanitarian Personnel, the ministry said in a press release.
