General Chanegriha receives Director of Russia's Federal Service for Military, Technical Cooperation

ALGIERS- General of the Army Saïd Chanegriha, Minister Delegate to the Minister of National Defense, Chief of Staff of the People's National Army (PNA), received Tuesday at the headquarters of the PNA General Staff, Director of Russian Federal Service for Military, Technical Cooperation Shugaev Dimitry, according to a statement from the Ministry of National Defence (MDN).
