Algeria backs African centers' efforts to combat diseases

TUNIS - Health Minister Mohamed Seddik Aït Messaoudene affirmed in Tunis Algeria’s support for the efforts of the Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) and for the Africa Health Security and Sovereignty (AHSS) Agenda, emphasizing that health security "cannot remain hostage to others."
