Algeria enters new, more effective phase in meeting challenge

ALGIERS - Health Minister Mohamed Seddik Ait Messaoudene on Saturday underscored the multiple efforts undertaken by the State in its fight against cancer, through the transition to a new and more effective phase aimed at rising to the challenges the disease presents.
