Major General Benbicha oversees international conference on "Water, Environmental Sustainability Amid Climate Change"

ALGIERS - The Secretary General of the Ministry of National Defence, Major General Mohamed Salah Benbicha, oversaw an international conference on Tuesday titled "Water and Environmental Sustainability Amid Climate Change," held at the National Army Circle in Beni Messous (1st Military Region), the ministry said in a statement.
