Strong winds expected Friday in several southwest provinces

ALGIERS- Strong winds, at times gusty and accompanied by sandstorms that will severely reduce visibility, are expected to sweep across several provinces in the southwest this Friday, according to a special weather bulletin issued by the National Meteorological Office.
