Ait Messaoudene receives chairman of Qatari Estithmar Holding

ALGIERS  - Minister of Health Mohamed Seddik Ait Messaoudene received Tuesday, in Algiers, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qatari company Estithmar Holding, Mohamad Moutaz Al-Khayyat, accompanied by a high-level delegation, the ministry said in a statement.
