Winter census records over 1,700 migratory waterbirds

ILLIZI - More than 1,770 waterbirds spanning 18 species were recorded across the wetlands of Illizi province during the annual winter migratory waterbird census, carried out between 18 and 31 January 2026, according to the Forestry Commission.
