Thundery activity forecast for southern, western Algeria

ALGIERS  - Thundery activity, occasionally accompanied by thunderstorm, hail and gusty winds, is "highly likely" to affect several provinces in the country's South and West on Friday and Saturday, according to a Special Weather Statement (SPS) issued by the National Meteorological Office.
