Strong winds to hit several provinces Monday,Tuesday

ALGIERS - Strong winds accompanied by sand and dust storms significantly reducing visibility across the high plateaus and oases will continue sweeping through several provinces on Monday and Tuesday, according to a special weather report issued Sunday by the National Meteorological Office.
