ALGIERS - Minister of Environment and Quality of Life, Kaouter Krikou, partakes, in Nouakchott, in the in 36th session of the Council of Arab Ministers Responsible for Environment, and the 4th session of the Arab Environment Forum (AFEN4), according to a ministry statement on Monday.
