ALGIERS-The Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Security, Abdelhak Saihi, presented, during his participation in the 80th United Nations General Assembly, held in New York (22-29 September), the National Climate Plan (NCP) for the period 2020-2030, the ministry said Thursday in a press release.
