Arhab, Chinese counterpart discuss enhancing cooperation in training, skills development

ALGIERS, 25 September 2026 (APS) - Minister of Vocational Education and Training Nassima Arhab held a working meeting in Shanghai, China, with the Chinese Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, Wang Xiaoping, to discuss ways to strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation in vocational training and skills development, a ministry statement said Friday.
