Baddari receives Algerian physicist Noureddine Melikechi

ALGIERS - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Kamel Baddari received Algerian physicist and founding member of the High Council of the National Scientific Community Abroad, Professor Noureddine Melikechi, on Wednesday in Algiers, according to a ministry statement.
