CHLEF - A group of professors and researchers at Hassiba Benbouali University in Chlef Province have succeeded in developing a modern communications management system for use in the event traditional communication networks collapse during crises and natural disasters, relying on innovative "LoRa" technology, a development that could help coordinate rescue operations and facilitate information exchange among parties involved in emergency response and crisis management.
